What I believe:Our planet is one of many in the vast solarsystem. That system belongs to a sun that is part of a minor sidebranch of our galaxy - one sun out of millions. There seems to be also a extreme vast supply of galaxies where our is one of many. The hints, that there are maybe an (unlimited !) number of other universes are strong.This planet is definitely outskirt!Nations? A racist concept of the early 20th century!Wars? Aboriginal big stick fights ! Anxious rats biting their fellows in the cage.(Of cause this doesn't mean that I won't defense me when I'm attacked - but I won't start).I'm voting for United Humans and won't stop to add friends from a l l countries - even the taboo-nations!As a first step I propose, that the UN get real democratic structures - that's not the case today.You think that's not realistic?It should be.And will be some day...And no one said democracy is easy...The condition as it is there now is antidemocratic and many nations calling themselves democratic are hypocriticalas long as they act as they do- it's that easy.And not very convincing to "undemocratic" nations.There's still a lot to do - so let's start by becoming friends...Think B I G.Think global :)By the way: As an individual I'm no member of any political or religious organisation. And don't waste your time in trying to recruit me - I want to stay independent.My political and philosophical credo is:-think planetwide (global)-think timewide (know history - off all cultures!)What else do I believe?I believe in honor.There are 2 definitions of honor:Type1: "Don't you insult me, my group or my master"Type2: "Don't fight the weak - fight the strong"Type1 is very often misunderstood for honor - but it's not honor, it's pride.Pride can be hurt and taken.Honor can't be given or taken.Honor is created by someone's actions and non-actions.If someone's got honor he often has to act against his "vital interests"Therefore it's very hard to be a man or woman of honor.There never have been and will be many of them.Often the argument is heard:"well these are very hard times and today it's extremly difficult to be honorable"In relation to honor - the times werealwaysvery hard and extremely difficultand they ever will be.Honor is often linked to warriors.That's a mistake.Warriors can be "honored" - but this "honoring" is a fake and worthless.Honor can't be given or taken.Some warriors have honor because of their individual actions or non-actions.Others haven't.Don't fight the weak, warrior - fight the strong.Well, I don't claim to be a kind of saint.And I don't claim to be a man of honor(claiming honor is worthless)- but that's my definition of honorAnd I'm always more impressed by honorable actions of people than anything else they do...Last remark:I saw Michael Moore's documentation about the diverse health care systems of the Western World.I always looked down at flag raisers with a certain amusement and pity.After I saw that, I'm presenting the flag of the European Union here now, where I am very glad to live.With much pride.
